I have been advising commercial companies and entrepreneurs on Polish and German law for many years. I specialise in contract law, intellectual property protection and personal data protection. As a partner of the law firm, I head the corporate services department, supporting our clients in setting up, safely running and effectively closing down their businesses.
I have been providing legal advice since 2009. I co-founded the law firm with my husband, with whom we have formed a harmonious team for years, both at work and in our personal lives. I believe that the non-corporate nature of our law firm is our advantage - through mutual support and understanding, we achieve results that are often beyond the sum of our individual abilities.
Over the years, I have conducted audits in a variety of industries - from public universities, to renewable energy companies, to technology and manufacturing companies, including food. As a result, I offer corporate investors support that takes into account legal and tax aspects. Working closely with business leaders results in trust, also in difficult divisional and family matters, which provides me with a valuable challenge and motivation for further developme.
My legal training in Germany shapes my practical approach to solving legal problems. As a result, in my team I focus not only on the knowledge of the regulations, but above all on the ability to apply them in real-life situations. I love working with people and in a team - I believe that the best results are achieved through cooperation and the exchange of experience.
Privately, I am a happy mum of two children who have honed my negotiation and crisis management skills to perfection. I combine my legal career with the joy of showing my children the beauty and diversity of the world. I am fascinated by modern technology and in my spare time I enjoy reading biographical books, which inspire me in both my professional and private life.
I invite you to work with me - together we will find solutions that work best for you.
