Within the scope of provided legal assistance I have advised, drafted documentation and given opinions in following matters: cross-border acquisitions, restructuring of capital groups, agreements and general trade conditions, as well as in the field of labor law. I have an experience in carrying out audits of Polish and foreign enterprises, especially in the regard of planned investments. My field of expertise is an intellectual property law.
